Hey There
Olivia (she/her)

I have spent the last 10+ years working with a variety of populations. I am tremendously thankful to be invited into my clients' lives, to learn and understand their lived experiences, and be alongside of them as they work towards their goals.

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, I have always appreciated the beauty in the changes of seasons. I believe that throughout our life, we experience "changes of season", and are continuously growing and adapting. Outside of my life as a therapist, I enjoy life as a mom, daughter, sister, learner, and traveler.

Prior to entering the counseling field, I worked in juvenile justice. I felt genuinely inspired by youth that I worked with, and enjoyed bearing witness to growth and change. Upon making my transition into counseling, my work was largely focused on student populations. I have clinical experience in a variety of settings including: University counseling, K-12 schools, emergency rooms, intensive outpatient mental health and drug and alcohol treatment, and private practice.

Through my own personal journey, I have become passionate about working with clients that want to improve their relationship with food and/or their bodies. I have decades of participation and contribution to diet culture, and have found how deeply harmful this has been for myself and others. As a result of years of learning and unlearning, I approach food with Intuitive Eating, and approach myself and others from a Health at Every Size framework. Every person has a body, and we all deserve to live in our bodies with acceptance.
